Sign In To Your Casanova Account
You can sign in to your Casanova account from a desktop or laptop using any modern browser. The same login works on mobile, either through the mobile site or the casino’s app if it’s available in your region.
Access to the personal account requires a registered account, so you’ll need to create one before you can log in. After signing in, the account area is where Casanova keeps your balance, deposit and withdrawal options, and basic profile settings.
How To Log In To Your Casanova Account
- Open the Casanova website or app and wait for the home screen to load.
- Click Log in (on desktop it’s usually in the top-right corner; in the app it’s commonly in the menu).
- Enter the email address or username linked to your Casanova account, then type your password.
- Select Log in to confirm and access your account dashboard.
Account Verification After Login In Casanova
Casanova asks for verification when it needs to confirm your identity or validate a payment method. You can log in without documents, but withdrawals and some account changes trigger checks.
- When verification is required: before the first withdrawal; when you request a large withdrawal; when your deposit method must be confirmed; after changing personal details (name, date of birth, address); when a login or device looks unusual; when the account is flagged for duplicate accounts or mismatched details.
- How it works after login: the site shows a “Verify” prompt in your account area; you upload files and submit; Casanova reviews them and updates the status to approved or asks for a resubmission if something is unclear (cut-off edges, glare, mismatch).
- ID: passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence; the document must be valid, show full name and date of birth, and be readable in one image per side if it has two sides.
- Address: utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or official government letter; it must show your full name and current address and be recent (many casinos set a 3-month window).
- Payment method: for cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered while the last 4 digits and name stay visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name/email and wallet ID; for bank transfers, a statement that shows the IBAN and your name.
- Selfie / liveness: a selfie holding your ID or a quick in-app liveness check; Casanova uses it to match the document to the person using the account.
- Common rejection reasons: expired ID; blurred photos; cropped corners; details that don’t match the profile; proof of address without your name; edited screenshots or blacked-out sections beyond what’s needed to mask card digits.
Login Security Measures At Casinova
- 2FA: Casinova supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enter your password, the site asks for a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Backup codes are available in the security settings and work once per code if you lose access to your phone.
- Password: Casinova requires at least 12 characters and blocks common or leaked passwords. Use a unique passphrase (4–5 unrelated words), avoid names and dates, and store it in a password manager. Change your password immediately after any “forgot password” request you did not initiate.
- Notifications: Casinova sends email alerts for new device sign-ins, password changes, 2FA changes, and failed login attempts. Each alert includes the time, device/browser, and approximate location so you can spot unfamiliar activity and reset credentials without waiting for support.
